Patti Ann has more than 30 years of experience in the aircraft management and aviation capital markets industries.

Patti Ann approaches each client relationship knowing that every individual’s situation is unique and requires a distinct approach. As a caring professional, she prides herself on delivering the highest quality of service and providing truly independent advice, with only her clients’ interests and well-being guiding her.
Patti has over 30 years of private aviation experience rendering aircraft management and capital solutions for high and ultra-high net worth individuals as well as mid market to investment grade corporations. Throughout her career she has managed over $5.5 Billion in aviation assets. Patti began her aviation journey at Key Bank. Upon completion of Key’s investment bank training program, Patti joined the aviation finance and leasing team.
The first 20 years of Patti Ann's career were dedicated to building meaningful client relations, loan/lease portfolio growth, syndication participation and credit underwriting while holding leadership roles at top tier banks and financial institutions. In 2014 she was recruited by Executive Jet Management ("EJM"a NetJets, Berkshire Hathaway corporation) to transition over to aircraft management sales and client relations.
Patti’s training in the private jet aircraft management sector was provided by what is referred to in the industry as the “gold standard” as EJM manages one of the nation's largest fleet of private aircraft and helicopters. Patti was recently on the Executive Committee of a Teterboro, NJ (TEB) based privately held aircraft management firm and responsible for client operational advisory and relationship experience to the 27 aircraft owners under management.
With this, Patti draws upon her combined understanding of the complexities inherent to wealthy individuals, aircraft management concerns and capital planning objectives honed through years of credit analysis, syndication participation and portfolio management to give her clients a 360-degree view of their situation and directs them in their objectives. Knowledgeable, responsive and kind, she provides efficient, clear and comprehensive advice.
Patti Ann acts as the principal point of contact for her clients for all their aircraft-related needs and liaises with her well regarded network of private aviation relationships on their behalf.
She has been selected as a board member of the National Aircraft Finance Association, National Aircraft Resale Association – Associate Member Board (now IADA), Massachusetts Business Aviation Association as well as a member of National Business Aviation Association. Patti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Boston University. She currently resides in the metropolitan NYC area.
